ADCOM Announces its New Corporate Structure, Officers And Positioning Statement for the Future Sedona, AZ (April1 16, 2009) -.ADCOM today announced its new corporate structure, officers and positioning statement. Effective immediately, Daniel Donnelly becomes the corporate President reporting directly to Akradej Srichawla, the CEO. Srichawla is the principal owner of Quality Technology Electronics America, Inc. (QTE) and the owner of Quality Technology Electronics Co., LTD, an engineering, design and manufacturing company headquartered in Thailand. QTE has taken a 100% ownership position of ADCOM. This ownership has taken effect after Emerson Radio has divested itself of any interest in the ADCOM brand. QTE will provide ADCOM with the resources to fully develop its newest series of leading edge products that will be introduced throughout 2009 and 2010.

With much easier navigation, significantly more robust content our new ADCOM site will help both consumers and dealers find what they need quickly and easily. We've also made it easier to find all the information that pertains to an item, all on one page. Information on our legacy products hasn't been neglected either. You'll find a lot of it and a lot more easily now as well.
