Standard Warranty Terms

Please read your warranty information card for the exact terms of your warranty agreement.

This warranty applies only to Adcom products purchased from an authorized Adcom dealer and used by the original owner. Adcom products purchased in other countries and used in other countries are not covered by this warranty.

Customers are encouraged to register their warranty online at www.adcom.com within 30 days of purchase.

Adcom LLC warrants to the original owner of this product that the product shall not have defects in materials or workmanship for the warranty period starting on the date the product was purchased from an authorized Adcom dealer and extending.

         Two years for amplifiers, pre-amplifiers, tuners and tuner/pre-amps

-          One year for receivers, processors, CD & DVD Players and all other products.

Adcom products are designed and intended for use in a residential environment. This warranty does not cover consequential damages to other system components (including speakers), humans or pets that may arise from the use or misuse of the Adcom products.

If prior to expiration of the warranty period, the original owner alters, modifies, sells or transfers ownership of the product by any method or means, the warranty shall terminate on the date of the transfer, alteration or modification. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage resulting from use or abuse of the product. This warranty does cover cosmetic defects on new, unopened products when such defects are present at the time of purchase and provided that the product is returned to the authorized Adcom dealer shere purchased within 10(ten) calendar days of purchase. Product failures due to accident, catastrophe, natural disaster, electrical storm, smoke, liquids, misuse, neglect, improper ventilation. Improper connection or installation, or service attempted or rendered by an un-authorized service facility are not covered by this warranty.

Should Adcom LLC or any authorized Adcom warranty repair facility determine that the product is defective under the terms of this warranty, the product shall be restored to original specifications at no cost to the original owner for parts or labor. After repair of the product is completed, the product will be returned to the owner at the owner’s expense. The cost of parts and/or labor to replace fuses that are accessible to the owner and do not require opening the product cabinet are not covered by this warranty. If it is determined by and at the sole discretion of Adcom LLC or an authorized Adcom warranty repair facility that there is no defect and that the product is fully functional, the owner will be charged a diagnosis fee and the product will be returned to the owner at the owner’s expense.

If you purchased this product from an un-authorized seller, this warranty is VOIC regardless of any commitments, statements or assurances you may have received from the seller. At your expense, you will need to de-install, package and deliver or ship the product (fully insured) to an Adcom authorized service center. You must include the original sales receipt with the product. It is also your responsibility and obligation to pay the return shipping charges and the cost of any labor and parts (at the rates in effect at the time of repair) for repairs not covered by this warranty.
