Standard USA Warranty Terms

Please read your warranty information card for the exact terms of your warranty agreement.

Briefly stated, products sold or distributed by ADCOM and purchased in the United States from an authorized ADCOM dealer, ADCOM custom installer, ADCOM Direct or ADCOM Trade-In are covered under the terms of the ADCOM warranty agreement for the following time periods:

Five Years - Parts and labor on amplifiers, preamplifiers, tuner/preamplifiers, tuners, surround sound processors and digital-to-analog converters.

Three Years - Parts and labor on A/V receivers.

Two Years - Parts and labor on all electromechanical pieces; including CD players, DVD players, surge suppressors/line enhancers, speaker selectors and accessories.

Warranty for ADCOM Refurbished and B-Stock Products

ADCOM refurbished and B-Stock products sold or distributed by ADCOM and purchased in the United States from an authorized ADCOM dealer, ADCOM custom installer, ADCOM Direct or ADCOM Trade-In are covered under the terms of your warranty agreement for the following time periods:

 One Year - Parts and labor on amplifiers, preamplifiers, tuner/preamplifiers, tuners, surround sound processors, digital-to-analog converters, A/V receivers and electromechanical products including CD players, DVD players, surge suppressors/line enhancers, speaker selectors and accessories.
